: wind trumpets : my hair
splays : the tulip of
my body : swarms
morning : milky noon
absolutes : gather a mass
friction : rattles away
expectation : for you
slips : unposed
breast : drips our
gusted arms : to defend
nakedness : unpeel
skin : breath : peering
your eye : to open : that
: mine and this : moment
never : to return
anguish : runs
against against :
I now a merely—
broken circuit
seeking : what flees
water : what mothers
a flowing cirrus : blown
back : to what is
: a floating circus :
one becomes : red
to fill mouths : in sight
of unbroken : sunlight
anchored : by sound
feeling : ungathers
without : pause : without
every I : I face
off suddenly :
trembling shutter
of colons : swell
your infant
tense : arching : your
internal brow now
to wake floating
breath : confides
a sea : to foam us
into : a water
psalm : against
denial :
against : the body
dashing itself
